 Cocktail Appetizer

*Feeds up to 6 people*

1- Lay a bed of romaine lettuce on a platter

2- Place a 16oz cup of our fresh leg meat in the center

3- Spread 12 of our cocktail claws around the leg meat

4- Quarter 2 lemons and place the pieces around the edge of the platter

5-  Pour melted butter on top of leg meat, squeeze lemon juice on top as well

6- Serve small dishes of melted butter on the side to dip the claws in
